Maple Pecan Baked Apples {paleo + vegan}

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In a small saucepan combine pecans, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon and salt. Heat until coconut oil is melted and ingredients are combined.
  • Divide mixture evenly into cored apples. Place apple into a baking dish, cover with foil and cook at 350F for 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
