No Bake Vegan Avocado Lime Tarts

For the filling
- 2 ripe avocados pitted and peeled
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup key lime juice
For the crust
In a food processor, blend together all ingredients until a crumbly dough forms.
Press the mixture into 4 small ramekins.
